Room Renaissance provides digital interior design deliverables based on the information, photos, and measurements provided by the client. Designs are intended for personal, non-commercial use.

To ensure accurate results, the client agrees to:

• Provide clear photos and accurate measurements

• Complete all forms in a timely manner

• Review all recommended products before purchasing

• Verify product dimensions, safety, material details, and compatibility with their space

Room Renaissance is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by incomplete, incorrect, or unclear information submitted by the client.

Room Renaissance provides digital visual concepts and product recommendations only. We do not provide:

• In-person design services

• Structural, architectural, or engineering advice

• Safety, compliance, or feasibility assessments

• Contractor referrals or installation services

All measurements, installations, and product purchases are the responsibility of the client.

Recommended products may sell out, change in price, or be discontinued. Room Renaissance is not liable for product availability or price changes. Replacement suggestions may be offered for an additional fee.

All designs, plans, graphics, and documents produced by Room Renaissance are the intellectual property of Room Renaissance. Clients are granted a personal-use license only and may not resell, reproduce, or distribute our materials.

Design delivery typically takes 3–5 business days per room, starting from the time the client submits their completed design form. Delays in form submission or missing information may extend delivery estimates.

Room Renaissance is not responsible for:

• Damages caused by furniture, decor, installation, or product use

• Injuries or accidents related to rearranging or assembling items

• Allergens, materials, electrical requirements, or other product-specific concerns

All purchases and installations are made at the client’s discretion.
